Download the Paramount+ app from Amazon to register on your Fire device. Launch Paramount+ after downloading the application.
Choose “Sign Up”
Select a subscription option, then click “Continue.” You will be asked to set up an account.
Enter your full name, email address, and preferred password on the Sign Up page. Your Paramount+ login will be your email address and password.
Confirm your Amazon billing information before tapping “Next.”
You can now watch Paramount+ online.
Use Your Fire Tv to Watch Paramount+ (existing Subscribers)
There are two ways to log in after adding the Paramount+ app:
- Watching TV
- Open Settings and select Sign In Options.
- Sign in and then click On my TV.
- Select Sign In, then enter the email address and password you used to sign up for Paramount+ (not your Amazon email address or password).
- Over at paramountplus.com
- Open Settings and select Sign In Options.
- On paramountplus.com, click Sign In.
- A website and a code will be displayed to you. You’ll need this code for the following step, so write it down.
- On your computer or mobile device, go to paramountplus.com/firetv, enter your activation code, and click “Submit.” You must log in to Paramount+ here if you aren’t already logged in on your computer.
- You can start streaming on your Fire TV after your screen has refreshed.
Invest in Premium
Follow these steps to upgrade your plan if you signed up for Paramount+ on your TV:
Choose Settings, then Manage Account, from the menu. Information about your subscription plan will be visible.
Select the Premium plan for your Paramount+ subscription. If you change plans in the middle of a free trial, you will forfeit the remaining time and be charged right away.
You can now start watching Premium content!
You will be prompted to go back to the platform where you first signed up for Paramount+ if you originally did so (paramountplus.com, the Apple Store, Roku, etc.).

A Change to Essential
Following these steps will allow you to change your plan to Essential if you signed up for Paramount+ on your TV (PLEASE NOTE that the Limited Commercials plan has been discontinued, and if you switch to the Essential plan, you will no longer have access to your local live CBS station).
Pick Settings from the menu. Your current subscription plan details will be displayed.
The new subscription plan details will be shown after selecting Manage Subscription.
Choose Subscribe. Your subscription has been changed, and you’ll see a confirmation screen.
To go back to the home screen, select Close. If you change plans in the middle of a free trial, you will forfeit the remaining time and be charged right away.
You will be prompted to go back to the platform where you first signed up for Paramount+ if you originally did so (paramountplus.com, the Apple Store, Roku, etc.).
Force the Paramount+ to Close (app Crashing)
These steps will help you quickly fix this and other streaming problems if the app crashes:
- Choose Settings, then Applications, from the Amazon home page.
- Click the Paramount+ application after choosing Manage Installed Applications.
- To restart your device, click Force Stop, then Launch Application. Now you can start streaming again!

Download the Most Recent Paramount+ App Version.
If you are having issues streaming, make sure you are using the most recent version of the Paramount+ app by following these instructions:
Coming from the Amazon homepage:
- Put the Paramount+ app on display (do not open it).
- Click the Menu button on the remote control (3 horizontal lines).
- Then select “More Info.” Note: If there is an update available, click the “Update” button that appears.
- Then select “Update App Now.” The “downloading” indicator will first appear, followed by “Installing.” The app will be updated to the most recent version once finished.
